In an effort to keep our costs low,
and increase the amount of money that we are able to donate, we
do not employ an administrative staff to answer the phones or
respond to emails. We have volunteers who generously donate their
time to answer emails and phone calls from our toolbar users.
About 95% of the questions that
we receive daily are questions that we have answered in the past,
so they can usually be answered via email very quickly.
In the event that you need to speak
with someone at our company, please contact us at 858-779-9947
so that someone is able to assist you. Our volunteers do an incredible
job, but we ask that you allow two hours for a response to your
questions, via phone or email, so that we are able to best serve
all of our users.
